Lama tak update blog. Berhabuk dah rupanya 😊. As usual, the schedules are so so so terrible!! Maafkanlah daku..
Through out the journey, macam-macam yang jadi sebenarnya. Ada yang buat aku senyum bila ingatkannya, ada yang buat aku rasa macam nak hempuk kepala pun ada. But it's life..
I belief ramai yang skodeng my fb status & blog especially bila a controversies of my contract & a fb status of mine yang 'berkata-kata' pasal seorang kawan lama. Tapi sampai hari nie, aku tak pernah put it in details pun.
I've ended up my contract with a private college. Yeah, just take it as my contract dah expired 2 weeks baru aku sedar. Serious aku tak perasan pun. And bila aku sedar, i was open for discussion sebenarnya. Aku siap bagi option lagi since I was teaching that semester.
But, sometimes orang nie, bila kita sergah kata their 'effectiveness & efficiency' silap.. Mula la emo tak tentu pasal. People who know me they will understand yang aku prefer 'black & white', a statement on paper. Bukan pok pak pok pak tapi tak de benda. That was the reason I put in on paper, siap quotes all the terms. Sebab emo, nampak surat dalam envelope je terus menggelabah. Terus sign.
A few conversations that actually made me wrap up my things immediately. Benda senang, kalau dah salah, tak kira la system salah ke, salah key-in ke, salah taip surat ke, just apologies!!! Tak payah kot nak pusing sana sini since you were not dealing with a fresh grad staff.
Yes I've consulted a few legal & HR specialist for that. So, I know I was in the right track. Ego., just ego. So tak nak banyak cerita, I ended it on the day itself and telling the students, "my contract ended 2 weeks ago and nobody realised it."
Betul la tu. Aku pun tak sedar.
