My New JOB

After 2 months being a MAID at home, finaly I accepted an offer from KLMUC which formerly known as Cosmopoint International University College. I am comfortable with the college, the environment and the payment of course. That's make me feel worth-it travelling from ENSTEK to KL.

Pagi, I took the ERL from Salak Tinggi to Bandar Tasik Selatan. Then, transit naik STAR LRT from Bandar Tasik Selatan to Sultan Ismail. Tup tup, dah nampak KLMUC punya building...

My new post as a Admission & Records Manager. I supposed to have 3 Heads under me but for the time being, 1 tengah maternity leave, 1 belum report duty (staff baru), and another portfolio is under me for the time being. A lots of work, new arrangement, etc. Banyak yang nak kena perbetulkan, nak kena organise balik.

I'm lucky sebab Vice President - Operation (my boss) is helpful. She was from Legenda College and so far, we are speaking using the same language (hey, i'm not talking about the language tau...)

As what we always remember, KLMUC is a MALAY college, and most of the staff & students are Malay. The students mostly came from a poor family, kampung, etc. But, I really respect with Dato' sebab dia betul2 work hard to help the Malays. All the Bumi students normally received the PTPTN, MARA, or some other financial aids. The fees also can be considered very cheap compared to other colleges but yet, Cosmopoint & KLMUC still can effort to pay a good salary to the staff.

Memang kalau dilihat dari mata kasar, banyak weaknesses in the operation side yang nak kena betulkan. But, we do put it in the positive side, to ensure people will consider the new way of doing things right...

Bila di fikir-fikir balik... Dah sampai masanya aku berkorban untuk agama, bangsa dan negara. Bukan senang nak dapat peluang macam nie. Just imagine, almost 9 years in the education industry, this is the first time I got a chance to work with the Malay students which most of them really depends on us, especially the parents.

You will never know how do I feel when I saw parents yang really poor, datang dari kampung pendalaman yang entah kat mana... Come to meet me dengan rasa yang amat rendah diri. Hati aku memang sebak, amat terharu bila tengok macam mana the parents sanggup datang semata-mata nak hantar anak belajar. Macam mana diaorg datang? Ada yang sewa kereta, sewa teksi kat kampung, naik keretapi, naik bas...

Its really a great experience lebih-lebih lagi bila the parents and students really respect us. Satu pengalaman yang tak boleh aku beli di mana-mana selama 9 tahun bergelumang dalam education industry... And, I never get this experience di INTI, apakan lagi LIMKOKWING... Thanks God for giving me the most valuable experience and sekaligus bukakan mata aku yang masih ramai lagi manusia yang tahu menghormati & menghargai hasil kerja aku...

Friends, if you are given a chance to BERKHIDMAT DEMI AGAMA, BANGSA & NEGARA, do take the challenge. Sebab, bukan semua orang dapat peluang buat begini...
