Archiforce Invent -MEST Eco Toilet Part 2

Archiforce Invent -MEST Eco Toilet Part 1

Lets talk about Archiforce Invent, my baby that growing very fast compared to the rest. May be because we are using 3 brains, macam shampoo tu, 3 in 1...

The giant project of Archiforce so far is the MEST Eco Toilet. This toilet won a few awards, local & international. I am in progress to promote this MEST Eco Toilet to public, esp to the government before going international. Sebab, I can see the opportunities for it to boom...

Ok, I have to be sincere. I will put aside the RM part and focus more on community & humanity aspects. Yes, the researcher spent his years to develop this product to serve the people. I really appreciate it and thanks to all bodies yang bagi pengiktirafan pada MEST Eco Toilet.

The first MEST Eco Toilet has been built @ Balai Cerap Negara (Angkasa under MOSTI) Office in Bukit Malud Langkawi, Kedah. Dato Mazlan Othman, the former Director (we called her the Spacewomen, which also the wife of Prof Dato Dr. Ibrahim Komoo, my husband's supervisor) was very impressed when Azimin presented to her and she agreed to take the proto-type.

Friernds, if you happened to visit Langkawi, you can have a look to the MEST Eco Toilet, located at the hill of Balai Cerap Negara (tempat orang tengok anak bulan sebelum puasa + raya) but you have to pass by the guard house.

Inilah hasilnya. Coming soon, UKM will build one dekat dalam UKM sendiri...

This Is ME!!!

Assalamualaikum...

Hi everybody.... It was quite a long time for me tak menulis kat blog nie. A lot of things happened after I left INTI. I started my new schedule as early as Friday morning, 18th April 2008, right after my last day @ INTI on 17th April. Quite a number of things to do and they are now tengah berbaris panjang kat dalam kepala otak...

A few tasks have been completed;Hutan Lipur Bukit Hijau Kulim, CTRei (yeah, finally we got the LO), editing Azimin's publication, etc... I am happy with my new life, of course. But to be sincere, rasanya makin sibuk dari pergi kerja... For this moment, I prefer to work from home, at least, I can keep on eyes to my kids + maid.

I will put up some more things later. Dont worry, more pics coming up.

13 Ways To Delegate Work Effectively

Something for us to think...

By Tim Connor
The Star, 5th April 2008

1. Delegate a task if someone else can do it, wants to do it, needs to do it or likes to do it.
2. When you delegate responsibility, also delegate the authority to use the resources to get it done.
3. Delegate results, not necessarily the methods.
4. When you delegate something, don’t take it back.
5. Ensure the person understands what you have delegated to him / her and WHY.
6. Set benchmarks or checkpoints and then leave them alone.
7. Reinforce positive results and give feedback on negative results.
8. Communicate clear instructions, expectations and guidelines.
9. Use delegation as a staff development tool.
10. Resist the tendency to over-inspect.
11. Ask for regular written or verbal reports.
12. Remember what you delegated and to whom.
13. See failure as necessary if people are willing to stretch, learn and grow.
